A ready-to-make (DIY) reusable 7KG oyster mushroom bucket growing kit.

Select from Pink Oyster, NZ-Native Oyster or the Grey Oyster mushroom for your kit.

Food-grade buckets are an exellent way to make a reusable oyster mushroom grow kit. It's the most environmentally-friendly way to grow -- cutting out the single-use plastic grow-bag from the growing equation.

I have a detailed blog written here with guidelines and photos demonstrating >> how to prepare your bucket for growing.

You will need to measure and drill the holes in the supplied bucket. From there you will have a kit ready to be reused hundreds of times to produce crops of oyster mushrooms year round.

After completing the assembly of this kit (and harvesting your first crop of mushrooms) you can buy our super-economical >> REFILL for Bucket Oyster Grow Kits  ($30 + freight). The refill makes the perfect volume of substrate to fill the bucket for constant production of oyster mushrooms.

Bucket kits can produce for 6-9 months, they made need to be soaked in water once or twice over this time period to rehydrated the substrate.

We recommend covering the drilled holes with >>MICROPORE TAPE to help reduce moisture loss while bucket kit is incubating.  (Sold Separately). The mushrooms will push the tape off when they begin to grow.
