Silicone injection ports to go into jar lids. Please note this is for the grey silicone ports only (lids and filter patches are sold separately).
These ports are used to allow liquid culture or spore syringes to be injected into sterilized grain jars -- making grain spawn in a sterile way with no special equipment.
These silicone ports are often paired with >> breathable filter patch stickers to allow for air exchange within the jar.
Ports are "self-healing" - they can have needles put through them many times. Simply drill a 12mm hole into any jar lid and push silicone port into place. These lids are also known as "airport" lids. Drill a 10mm hole for filter stickers.
Ports and filter patch stickers are both autoclavable.
