Still air boxes are an affordable way to have a sterile lab space to perform culture work in -- both at home or out in the field.

Perfect for agar transfers, cloning wild mushrooms, making spore prints, grain to grain transfers, inoculation of mushroom substrates like >>sterile sawdust>> sterile compost and >> sterile grain.

These still air boxes are lightweight and easy to use, each end can be unzipped for loading utensils, cultures, etc into before doing your sterile work. Two elastic arm holes provide easy work access as pictured.

Once you are done the unit packs down into a handy carry bag for easy storage. Simply unzip each end, lay it down flat, twist from two opposing corners and zip it up in its bag.

All sides of the still air box are durable waterproof plastic and easily cleanable. Clean by simply wiping down with a soapy damp towel or by spraying internal side walls with 70% isopropyl alcohol.

We do not recommend using isopropyl alcohol or any other flamable sterilising aresol in a still air box with an open flame burner. User should be aware of fire risk from fumes in a contained environment.

"Excellent service!

Sporeshift have consistently got the best service of any online provider I have used. From the time of order to delivery the communication is great. I frequently wonder why other businesses can't to it the way they do. Excellence in action. And no, I am not their mother ... just a satisfied customer and mushroom lover. :)"

"Loving watching the magic of the growth cycle and increasing our own food security and self reliance in the process! My kindy wildlings are loving the video updates of how they're going each day! Excited to extend my varieties next. Oysters were definitely a winner on a magenta spreen, thyme, white sauce and olive pizza tonight!!"
